  • What is the Gulf Coast Commercial MLS ?​

    • The Gulf Coast CMLS is a Commercial MLS made up of 6 partner associations along the Northern Gulf Coast from the Mississippi/Alabama state line all the way to Panama City, Florida. As such, we have listings on the platform that encompass 18+ counties across Alabama and Florida along with listings from Mississippi, Louisiana, and Georgia. We are currently using Moody's CRE as our platform. The Moody's CRE platform offers numerous tools, benefits, higher functionality, and resources that enhance our member's experience and business.

  • What are the access plan options for the Gulf Coast CMLS?

    • Basic Access: FREE and available for all members of our 6 partnering associations. 

      • Limitations do apply to the Basic Access.​

    • Pro Access: Available to all members of our 6 partnering associations

      • Pro Access includes unlimited access to reports, comparables, and lead generation.

      • The current discounted cost is $65 per month per user.

    • Outside User Access: Available for real estate brokers and sales associates not members of one of our 6 partnering associations.​​

      • Outside Users pay the non-discounted rate of $80 per month per user plus a $30 per month office fee.​

  • How do I change my email, phone numbers, address, or brokerage?

  • Why won't my pictures upload? 

    • If the upload screen doesn't change after trying to upload your photos, your photos are too large. You will need to use photo editing software to reduce the size and then re-upload them. ​

  • Is training available for the Moody's platform?

    • Yes, Moody's provides weekly training on the platform on Thursday at 1:00 pm Eastern Time, or 12:00 pm Local Time.

  • ​​​​​​​​​​​​What are the benefits or features to the Moody's CRE platform?

    • The Moody's platform provides all users pre-populated parcel numbers and property addresses.  Additionally, Pro Access users will get these along with an increased number of comparables and a more industry recognized and larger listing syndication platform.

  • ​​​Does the Moody's platform provide an IDX feed?

    • Yes, the platform supports an IDX feed from SiteLink.​  For more information on how to get an IDX feed, contact the Gulf Coast CMLS staff.​​
